Dr. Frank Selbmann
Dr. Frank Selbmann was admitted to the bar in Germany in 2002. He is a partner in the law firm Dr. Selbmann Bergert & Hägele and, since 2001, certified specialist attorney in public administrative law (Fachanwalt für Verwaltungsrecht). Dr. Selbmann specializes in higher education law, and in particular the law governing university admissions, school placement, and exam administration. He is also an expert in public international law, including human rights law and humanitarian law.
